OUR ORIGINS
The origins of the company date back to the year 1942 when MACCHIAVELLO Y CIA was founded; becoming a first mover in the high quality fishing product market in the city of Mar del Plata (Argentina).
Its reputation was kept over time, being able to forge business relationships of more than 50 years with domestic and foreign clients.
With this background, the company that now develops value-added food products in the domestic and foreign markets is founded in 1992: CONGELADOS ARTICO S.A.

The company has an ISO 22000, Certification , plus the BPM and HACCP plans and permits to export to the most demanding markets, such as the European Union, MERCOSUR, USA and Middle East, among others.
